About

I design complex, workflow-heavy products, and I build them.

Clinical trial setup, CRM, creator commerce. I find the idea underneath the mess, design it, and prototype it myself.

01 / Background

I studied graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design. Since then I've worked on a clinical trial setup tool at IQVIA, the CRM at HubSpot, and now a B2B brand platform at a creator-commerce company.

I'm drawn to software people spend their whole working day in. It's satisfying when something complicated finally feels easy, and people can just get on with their work.

Outside work, I like making things with my hands: painting, knitting and sourdough. I also spend a lot of time giving my dog, Mabel, the best life, and out on the boat with my husband on the coast of Massachusetts.

02 / What I bring

Reframing messy products →

A pile of requests became one clear purpose in my CRM design vision.

Research that diagnoses →

When a Views 2.0 phase missed, I found out why and fixed the right things.

0-to-1 platform design →

A self-serve tool that took clinical trial setup from weeks to hours.

Working across product and engineering

I'm as comfortable talking through technical constraints with engineers as I am shaping strategy with product, and I build working prototypes to connect the two.

AI-native prototyping

I prototype with AI tools and led our design team to full Codex adoption. I built Prototype Review Kit, a Codex skill that lets designers prototype in our real code so stakeholders react to the real product, not a mockup.

03 / How I work

Understand the work before designing it. I map how people really do the job first, whether that is how four clients set up a clinical trial or what CRM customers were telling us.

Look for the idea underneath the request. The best answer is often a reframe, not another feature. A pile of requests became one clear purpose when I saw those pages as records in aggregate.

Bring people along, and learn from what doesn't land. I share work early, keep it visible and settle disagreements with evidence. When something misses, as one of my Views 2.0 phases did, I treat it as research and go find out why.

04 / What's next

I'm most interested in complex products, where design shapes how a whole system works.

My recent work is a B2B brand platform at a creator-commerce company, and leading AI adoption across product design, building reusable processes for AI-native product development and helping designers change how they work. It's confidential, so it isn't on this site, but I'm glad to walk through it in conversation.
